We are pleased to announce our next wine dinner event on Monday, October 7th at 6pm!
Join us as we switch things up slightly, and feature our friend and colleague Sommelier Thomas Brenner whom is currently wine director at Parcel 104 in Santa Clara, and assistant Somm at Chez TJ in Mountain View.
Thomas returns to BSB to team up with our Executive Chef Jeff, and just as Chef Jeff’s menu takes inspiration from French cuisine while utilizing seasonal California ingredients, Thomas’ love for the Loire Valley in France will be our source of inspiration for the evening’s pairings. Thomas will highlight varietals originally home to the storied Loire Valley, but he will be showcasing Loire varietals, which are grown right here in California.
